Overview
DUILF is a collaboration between Dibrugarh University (www.dibru.ac.in) and the Guwahati-based non profit Foundation for Arts, Culture and Literature (FOCAL), whose mission is to foster creative engagements with the next generation through the medium of arts and literature for an ever-changing cultural milieu.
The Festival will be a celebration of literature and dialogue among writers, poets, and literary enthusiasts from all over the world.
